The Executive Committee manages daily operations, programme implementation, and ensures smooth coordination across all AoHO activities. They translate strategic vision into practical action.

Executive Roles:

  • President: Overall leadership and community representation
  • Vice President: Programme oversight and volunteer coordination
  • Secretary: Communications, records, and administrative affairs
  • Treasurer: Financial management and budgeting
  • Programme Coordinators: Specialized portfolio leadership

Regular Meetings

The Executive Committee meets biweekly to review activities, address challenges, and plan upcoming events. They maintain close communication with programme teams and volunteers.
