Spiritual Nourishment

Feeding the Soul

In the midst of busy modern lives, spiritual nourishment is essential for inner peace, clarity, and meaningful living. Our regular spiritual programmes provide opportunities to connect with the divine, deepen your practice, and find community with fellow seekers.

Weekly Spiritual Programmes:

  • Sunday Satsang: Community gathering with spiritual discourse, bhajans, and prasad (10 AM - 12 PM)
  • Tuesday Evening Meditation: Guided meditation and mantra chanting (7 PM - 8:30 PM)
  • Thursday Bhajan Night: Devotional singing and kirtan (7 PM - 9 PM)
  • Friday Morning Prayer: Traditional puja and aarti (6 AM - 7 AM)
  • Saturday Scriptural Study: In-depth study of Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, etc. (5 PM - 6:30 PM)

Guest Spiritual Leaders

We regularly invite renowned spiritual teachers, swamis, pandits, and scholars from around the world to share their wisdom. These special satsangs provide opportunities to learn from diverse perspectives within the Hindu tradition.

Meditation & Yoga

Learn various meditation techniques from Vedantic to Tantric traditions. Our qualified yoga instructors teach classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Raja Yoga practices for physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Online Spiritual Resources

For those unable to attend in person, we offer live-streamed satsangs, recorded discourses, guided meditation audio files, and online study groups.
